Despite the wave of aligner techniques, lingual orthodontics still has a very big role to play both in terms of esthetics, the possibility of treating the most difficult malocclusions, and the quality of the results obtained, thanks to digital technology and fully customized appliances. We will show that, with a digital procedure, the positioning of the appliance on the teeth has never been so precise and consequently the chairside time is reduced and the finishing phase simple and fast. By using TADs in a specific way. we will show how to treat extraction cases with a totally trictionless mechanics
